When will I receive my free Kidney Research UK trolley token keyring?

Once we've spoken to you and confirmed your details, your Kidney Research UK trolley token keyring will be sent within 10 to 15 working days via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

When will I receive a call?

We aim to contact you as soon as possible during normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm).

Will I receive emails too?

Yes - while we try to reach you by phone, we’ll also send up to four emails to keep you updated and remind you to take our call. You won’t be added to any mailing lists without your prior consent.

What number will you call me from?
We’ll call you from 01952 980 914. Please keep an eye out for that number.
Why do I need to speak to someone on the phone?
We need to confirm your address over the phone to make sure your pack reaches you safely. We’re unable to accept addresses by email, text, or social media.
How many times will you try to call me?

We’ll try up to five times. If we can’t get through, we won’t be able to send your Kidney Research UK trolley token keyring.
